National Convention on Medicine & Law is a platform to identify the legal issues relating to medicine, discuss them threadbare, and suggest remedial measures. Thought leaders amongst doctors, medical associations, hospitals, lawyers, judges, editors, academicians, and policy makers participate, discuss and deliberate at this National Convention.

It will also update the policy makers with the lacunae in the legal and regulatory framework on an ongoing basis and ensure that the outcome of this exercise is taken to its logical conclusion.

About 3^rd NCML 2018:

The 3^rd National Convention on Medicine & Law (NCML) 2018 will be a one-day event, held in Mumbai, on Saturday 15^th December 2018. This Convention will have two sessions namely:

• Virtual Autopsy - Need and Legality: 10 AM – 1 PM
• Mental Health Act 2017 - Implementation, Challenges, and Solutions: 2 PM – 5 PM

Hon'ble Dr. Justice Ravi Tripathi, Member, Law Commission of India will chair this Convention.

Dr. Harish Pathak, Head of Department, Forensic, Seth G. S. Medical College, Mumbai will be the Convener of the Convention.
